This 2 acre (8340sq meter) lot is only 12 minutes from world-class surf in Playa Pilon de Pavones. The property is not only close to the beach but has abundant water and an incredible view of the ocean. This area already has many nice houses with plenty of space between them, so you still get that wild jungle mountain feel.
