We get to see Sloths, Toucans, Scarlett Macaws and Blue Morphos daily. We surf with giant sea turtles and Dolphins quite often. We also have world class fishing since the Golfo Dulce is protected from commercial fishing. We constantly catch giant Tuna, Mahi, Snapper, Wahoo and many more big game fish. This property is located at the end of a very quiet road where you will only hear the wildlife. Yes it can be developed into several large properties for a profit especially after harvesting the Teak.
